Grace & Guardian (Pty) Ltd is a fully accredited
training provider delivering practical, outcomes‑based learning to public,
private, and institutional clients across South Africa. Established in 2014, we
combine deep industry expertise with a client‑centric approach to help learners
gain recognized qualifications and job‑ready skills, fast.
We specialize in security training, municipal finance and
administration, assessor/moderator/facilitator development, beauty and nail
technology, ISO standards training and consulting, and Food Safety (R638). As a
100% Black‑owned, BEE Level 1 contributor, we are committed to compliance,
integrity, and measurable impact in every programme we deliver.
Our training is aligned to national frameworks and sector
requirements, with accreditations and registrations that include PSIRA,
SASSETA, LGSETA, ETDP SETA, Services SETA, and SAATCA. We focus on real‑world
competency: from site management in security to governance in municipalities,
facilitation and assessment best practices, salon operations, management
systems, and food safety compliance.

NEW
Ensure compliance with South Africa’s Regulation R638
(Regulations Governing General Hygiene Requirements for Food Premises, the
Transport of Food and Related Matters). Who should attend: Food handlers,
supervisors, kitchen and canteen staff, hospitality and catering teams, school
feeding schemes, and any organization preparing or serving food.
Food Safety (R638) — (SAATCA)

Outcomes: Understand legal duties under R638;
apply personal hygiene and illness reporting; implement cleaning and
sanitation; prevent cross‑contamination; manage allergens; control time and
temperature; pest and waste controls; complete mandatory records.

Delivery: Blended learning (theory + practical),
workplace‑adapted forms and SOP templates, assessment with certificate of
competence.

Optional add‑ons: Supervisor/Manager module;
audit preparation checklist; refresher training.
