Refund Policy for Grace & Guardian Training Institute eLearning Platform

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for purchases made on the Grace & Guardian Training Institute eLearning Platform ("Platform"). Please read it together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1) Scope
This policy applies to:
  • Course enrollments (self-paced and instructor-led)
  • Bundles and learning paths
  • Subscriptions/memberships
  • Exams/certifications
  • Digital downloads (e.g., templates, eBooks), where applicable
  • Add-on services (e.g., coaching, labs), where applicable
Note: Certain offerings may have product-specific refund terms. Where there is a conflict, the product-specific terms prevail.

2) General Refund Principles
  • We aim to be fair and transparent. If the course or service doesn't meet what was advertised, please contact us promptly.
  • Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method only.
  • Processing times: We aim to review requests within 5–7 business days. Banks/issuers may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
  • Abuse prevention: We may deny refunds in cases of policy abuse, repeated refunds, chargeback abuse, or suspected fraud.
3) Self-Paced Courses (On-Demand)
Standard window: Full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided:
  • You have not completed more than 10% of the course content, and
  • No certificate has been issued, and
  • No downloadable content designated as "non-refundable once downloaded" has been accessed.
After 7 days or above thresholds: Not eligible for a refund, but we may offer course credit or a one-time exchange to another course of equal/lesser value at our discretion.
4) Instructor-Led/Live Cohort Courses
  • Full refund: Up to 14 days before the published start date.
  • Partial refund (50%): From 13 days to 3 days before the start date.
  • No refund: Within 72 hours of the start date or after the course has started.
  • Rescheduling/deferral: Subject to seat availability and any price differences; an administrative fee may apply.
5) Subscriptions/Memberships
Free trials (if offered): Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges; fees already charged are non-refundable.
Monthly plans: Cancel anytime; benefits remain through the current billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable, and partial-month refunds are not provided.
Annual plans: Cancel anytime; benefits remain through the current term. Refunds available within 14 days of initial purchase or renewal, provided there has been no excessive usage or certificate issuance. After 14 days, non-refundable.
6) Certifications and Exams
Exam vouchers/credits: Refundable within 7 days of purchase if unused and unbooked.
Scheduled exams:
  • Full refund or free reschedule if canceled at least 7 days before the exam date.
  • 50% refund if canceled 3–6 days before.
  • No refund within 72 hours or for no-shows.
  • Failed attempts are not refundable.
7) Digital Downloads and Labs
  • Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, unless defective or not as described.
  • If files are corrupted or inaccessible, we will provide a working replacement or a refund.
8) Promotions, Coupons, and Bundles
  • Refunds on discounted items are limited to the amount actually paid.
  • If a bundle item is refunded, we may recalculate the price of the remaining items at their standalone rates.
  • Single-use coupons cannot be reissued once applied.
9) Third-Party Marketplaces or Partners
If you purchased via a third-party platform, marketplace, employer, or reseller, their refund policies apply. Please contact them directly.
10) Technical Issues and Service Outages
If you cannot access a purchased course due to a platform issue, contact support within 72 hours. We will resolve the issue or offer a reasonable remedy, which may include a refund or course credit at our discretion.
11) Misconduct and Policy Violations
Accounts found violating our Terms (e.g., content scraping, credential sharing, cheating) are not eligible for refunds. We may suspend or terminate access without refund.

  • Order number
  • Product/course name
  • Purchase date
  • Reason for the request
  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages
We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and usage.
13) Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve any issues. Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension and collection of fees incurred.
14) Local Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, we will honor statutory cooling-off periods and specific refund rights.
15) Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Changes take effect when posted on the Platform. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
