After checkout, your courses appear under “My Courses” when you’re logged in. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with a direct link. If you don’t see your course, try refreshing, clearing cache, or contact support at training@gracenguardian.co.za or +27 12 525 1298.

Self-paced courses: Full refund within 7 days if you’ve completed less than 10% and no certificate has been issued. Live/cohort courses: Full refund up to 14 days before the start date; partial refund closer to the start. Subscriptions: Cancel anytime; charges already paid aren’t refunded except where stated in our policy. For details, see our Refund Policy or contact support.

Yes. Upon successfully completing all required modules, assessments, and meeting course criteria, a digital certificate is issued to your account. Some courses may require ID verification or a final exam.
