Module 1: Introduction to ISO 14001:2015 (45–60 min)

    • Environmental policy; roles, responsibilities, and leadership commitment.
    • Activity: Draft/review environmental policy.

    • Objectives and plans (programs, resources, timeframes).

  • Clause 8: Operation
